georgivs > T&G Building, Newcastle. This is not actually an Art Deco building, but it does constitute the model for T&G offices in other parts of the country that were built in the Deco style. The step pyramid-topped corner tower is a common design element in all of those. Pictures of the T&G buildings in Hobart and Warnambool can be seen in the relevant sections of this site.
